At Whizz-Work, we structure our company to serve our customers' requirements. We devote 90% of our entire staff to customer service, and our Customer Care Executives ensure that our customers get their needs met with minimum fuss. With specific points of contacts to address each customer's specific needs, we ensure that our
customers receive prompt service and attention without having to go through multiple layers of an organization.

Quality is perceived by our customers and we make it a priority to understand our customers’ requirements – to understand who needs what in the different phases of the IT life-cycle, from Assessment & Design, to Procurement & Implementation and to Operations Maintenance.

Information systems are key to standardizing our work-flow, enhancing productivity and providing the right information for proactive management of service deliveries. We customize most of our internal information systems to meet our requirements:

  1. To provide management the information to manage our service levels.
  2. To route the relevant information between staff so they can coordinate in serving our customers.
  3. To improve productivity by sharing data and minimizing human error.

We were awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2000 certification in October 2005, and we have maintained our certification since with regular internal and external audits of our customer service. We do this to formalize our commitment to consistently deliver high service standards.
Our 4-Step Solutions Delivery Framework
1. Assess

In the first step of our solutions delivery framework, we identify goals, methods, impact and scope, with server and storage assessment, and we provide a gap and risk analysis.

2. Plan

We then architecture and offer a proof of concept, together with an implementation plan, test plan and project management plan.

3. Build

In the third step, we proceed to build a pilot implementation, followed by a full implementation and project management, UAT and knowledge transfer.

4. Maintenance

Our last step offers 24 x 7 continuous maintenance, with periodical health checks and quarterly assessment reports.
